What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay — all processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your payment details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at contact@frostbloom.se if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped we can no longer make changes, but you can return products within our 14-day return window.

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I return a product?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, credited back to your original payment method.

Are FrostBloom products really 100% natural origin?

Yes. Every FrostBloom product is ECOCERT and COSMOS NATURAL certified, guaranteeing 100% natural-origin ingredients — no synthetic chemicals, parabens, PEGs, or artificial fragrances.

What does ECOCERT certified mean?

ECOCERT is one of the world's most rigorous organic beauty certifications. It independently verifies that our formulas contain natural and organic ingredients, are produced sustainably, and meet strict environmental and ethical standards — audited every year by a third party, not self-certified by the brand.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. All FrostBloom products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We only work with suppliers who share our ethical standards.

Are FrostBloom products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive and reactive skin. Our Sensitive Skin Moisturiser is specifically formulated for skin that reacts easily to conventional products.

Do your products contain fragrance?

Most FrostBloom products contain natural fragrance from essential oils and botanical extracts. Our Sensitive Skin Moisturiser is completely fragrance-free for those with sensitivities or fragrance allergies.

Can I use multiple FrostBloom products together?

Absolutely — our range is designed to layer beautifully. For best results, apply in this order: cleanser → serum → eye cream → moisturiser.

How long will one product last?

With daily use, most products last 2–3 months. Serums and eye creams typically last 3–4 months as smaller amounts are needed per application.

Do you test on animals?

Never. FrostBloom is 100% cruelty-free and certified vegan. We do not test on animals, and we do not work with any suppliers who do.

Do you have a physical store?

FrostBloom is online-only, which keeps our prices accessible while maintaining premium certified quality. All orders ship directly to your door.
